Per Oral Endoscopic Mytomy is a specialised procedure for tenement of people having problems in swallowing. This a procedure that uses endoscopy to repair that part of the food pipe which leads to a condition called Achalasia . The benefit of the procedure is that there is no incision on the cheat or abdomen and includes only minimal stay in the hospital.
