Manned by a dedicated team of Emergency Physicians, the unit has expert doctors from all major specialities on duty round-the-clock to provide fast-track medical, interventional or surgical treatment to patients of all ages, with a multidisciplinary approach.

The Team

ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certified team of Doctors comprising Consultants, Specialists and Residents, ACLS/BLS certified Nurses and Paramedics with specialised Trauma care – it is the world-class medical team that takes emergency care at Aster Medcity to the next level, by ensuring right treatment in the right manner, at the right time. With stringent training and evaluations at regular intervals, the team is constantly updated on all aspects Emergency Medicine, which in turn helps them render better care to patients.

Customer Centric Service

Customer Service is a key aspect to the smooth and successful operation of the Emergency Department. Families and bystanders of the patients are approached with empathy, understanding the fact that it is an emotionally trying time for them. When brought in, the patient, on triaging, is taken to the observation area. The bystanders can wait at the designated lounge with comfortable chairs, entertainment, drinking water and restrooms. All needs, enquiries and complaints will be duly be attended to by the Guest Relation staff, who will also arrange meetings with Doctors if necessary.
