Subspeciality of paediatrics neurology specialises in the management of the diseases affecting the central and peripheral nervous system. The speciality caters to the children affected with cerebral palsy, epilepsy, autism spectrum and neurodevelopmental disorders, neurometabolic and genetic disorders, headache, neuromuscular conditions like spinal muscular atrophy, Duchenne muscular dystrophy, etc. The department offers in-patient services along with Intensive care unit support to critical conditions like status epilepticus, Meningoencephalitis, GBS, etc.
