Robotic Neuro Intervention

Robotic neuro interventions so we all know that neuro intervention is a specialized with the  Neuro Radiology where we treat the pathologist into the brain by doing a DSA or dis substraction angiography and treat those various pathologies in the cath lab that is the biplane cath lab which we have in the aster hospital now similar to that of robotic knee surgeries or the robotic laparoscopic surgery there is something called as a robotic neuro intervention also this is just for your information because still in India I think that robotic neuro intervention has still not been introduced it is still in the very prelimnary stage or the world so what does robotic neuro interion does is uh remote one operator can do a neuro intervention in the patient in some other place so if for example if the patient is in  hospital and I am available not available at that point of time I can do the neuro intervention in the patient who is present in the as RV Hospital sitting in Mumbai so this is the far away or the  treatment or the patients who can  we can which you can treat  from the far away places the advantages of a robotic neuro intervention will be uh as compared to that of a manual neuro intervention as the operator is sitting elsewhere and operating on the patient is some other place the radiation which is involved  when we do a manual intervention is not there so doctor does not face the radiation problem second thing the do doctor can be safeguarded from the infection to get transferred from the patient to the doctor so these are few advantages the advantages for the patient is when the patient comes to the hospital and even if the doctor is not available he is available in some other Center still he can undergo the treatment because the doctor can operate remotely and still the patient can be treated so these are few advantages of robotic neuro intervention
