The department has a well-equipped level 3 Neonatal intensive care unit with CPAP, HFOV, HFNC, Phototherapy, and Warmer & Exchange transfusion headed by an expert neonatologist and backed by qualified nurses.

Paediatric & Neonatal Surgeries

All neonatal procedures including CDH repair, management of oesophageal atresia / tracheooesophageal fistula, anorectal malformations and Hirschsprung disease. Management of rotatory anomalies of gut and IHPS.

Evaluation and management of Urinary tract infections in children, various paediatric urologic surgeries for hydronephrosis and hypospadias, circumcision, surgeries for hernia, hydrocoele and umbilical swellings/discharge. Management of undescended testes, testicular pain/swellings and ovarian diseases in children Management of paediatric trauma and burns, evaluation and management of abdominal pain including appendicitis and constipation, management of intussusception without surgery, tongue tie release. Management of neck swellings in children. Management of foreign body ingestions/aspirations.
