She is a highly skilled Consultant Psychologist, Early Interventionist and Behavior Therapist specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy. With a stellar academic background, LIJI earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with First Class honors from Mahatma Gandhi College Thiruvananthapuram, followed by a Master of Science in Psychology with First Class honors from Kerala University. 

She furthered her expertise by completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Early Intervention with Distinction from NIEPMD, Chennai. LIJI's dedication to professional development is evidenced by her successful completion of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam conducted by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), USA, as well as her certification as an International Behavior Therapist (IBT) from the International Behavior Analysis Organization (IBAO). 

Additionally, LIJI is certified in Oral Placement Therapy (OPT) Levels 1 and 2 and Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) Level 1.
