    Stick to fragrance-free, hypoallergenic products, and use prescription ointments if necessary. Avoid wearing wool or other irritating fabrics directly on your skin.
  • For Chapped Lips
    Avoid licking your lips, as it worsens dryness. Use a lip scrub once a week and follow up with a hydrating balm.
