We are not aware (mindful) about what is happening next door, we are existing in a vacuum with no time for self, family and society.

Merriam-Webster defines mindfulness as “the practice of maintaining a non-judgmental state of heightened awareness of one’s thoughts, emotions, or experiences on a moment-to-moment basis.” Mindful living or Being Mindful helps the modern age human being to be conscious of our lives and others as well. When we are not mindful, we express ourselves without aforethought. We let our emotions get out of control. We worry about the future or lament the past. We feel like the prey of circumstances, incidents, and others.
