What is Cancer?

Cancer is a disease in which abnormal cells grow uncontrollably and can invade and destroy healthy tissue. Cancer can occur in any part of the body.

Types of Cancer

The video discusses two main types of cancer - childhood cancers and adult cancers. Childhood cancers are often caused by genetic factors, while adult cancers are often caused by lifestyle factors such as smoking and environmental exposures.

Symptoms of Cancer

Some common symptoms of cancer include fatigue, weight loss, pain, and changes in bowel or bladder habits. Early detection can significantly improve the chances of successful treatment.
