Dr. Santhosh Bethur is a Senior Consultant - Urology & Renal Transplantation at Aster RV Hospital. He is a well-known Senior Urologist and Uro oncologist in Bangalore with vast experience of 20 years + in the field of Urology, uro- oncology and other general specialties. He has done more than 10000 urology surgeries related kidney stones, prostate surgery,kidney cancer, prostate cancer and Bladder cancer.He is an expert Laser, Laparoscopic, and Robotic surgeon. He has a fellowship in renal transplantation and Robotic surgery.  He has a number of national and international publications, presentations tohis credit. He is a  invited faculty in various operative
workshops.

His educational journey began at Mysore Medical College, where he earned his MBBS degree. Following this, he pursued his postgraduate studies, obtaining an M.S. (General Surgery) degree from KIMS in Hubli. His passion for urology and renal care led him to Grant Medical college and Sir JJ Group of Hospitals in Mumbai, where he completed his M.Ch. in Urology, further enhancing his expertise in the field. His dedication to urology and renal transplantation saw him take on the role of Assistant Professor in the Department of Urology and Renal Transplantation at Civil Hospital Campus, Asarwa, Ahmedabad, where he also contributed to the education and training of future urologists.
