Kochi, 13th December: The 6th Banking Excellence Award constituted by State Forum of Bankers’ Clubs(Kerala) were presented by Kerala Governor Justice P. Sathasivam at a colourful function held here today. Business Man of the Year 2014 was also distributed.
Padma Shri Dr. Azad Moopen, Chairman & Managing Director Aster DM Health Care received Business Man of the Year Award from Governor.
UCO Bank General Manager P.S. Mallikarjuna, Jammu & Kashmir Bank Vice President Mukthar Ahmed, Canara Bank Circle Head C.G. Nair, HDFc Bank Senior Executive Vice President Dhiraj Revi, Karur Vysya Bank Managing Director K.Venkitaraman, South Indian Bank Managing Director V.G. Mathew, Yes Bank Senior Vice President Ravi Shankar, ICICI Bank Zonal Head Jayakumar Nair, Bank of Baroda General Manager N. Damodaran, ING Vysya Bank Head ( Branch Banking) Viswanath Golekotta, Indus Ind Bank Vice President K.V. Jayaraj and Kerala Gramin Bank Chairman K.V. Shaji received Banking Excellence Awards. Best bank branches in the State and best Bankers’ Clubs were also awarded.
State Forum of Bankers’ Clubs President Abraham Thariyan Presided over the function. Chief Patron Dr. V.A. Joseph has paid homage to late Justice V.R. Krishna Iyer.
