The state-level inauguration of 'Be First - To Aid and Save Lives', a life-saving training campaign organized by Aster Hospitals, Kerala involving all the panchayats of the state, was inaugurated by the Minister of Local Self-Government Department 'Shri M. Directed by B Rajesh.
In 941 panchayats of the state people will be made aware about the first aid to be given in case of medical emergency through this campaign.
