To address this critical need, the Nursing Department of Aster Medcity organized a State-Level Conference on Stress Management and Work-Life Balance, focusing on equipping nursing leaders with the skills to manage stress—both personally and within their teams.
The conference was inaugurated by Chief Guest Mr. Loknath Behra, whose presidential address provided profound insights on leadership resilience, stress management, and the importance of maintaining equilibrium in high-pressure environments. The event was chaired by CEO Dr. Nalanda Jayadev, Director of Clinical Affairs Dr. T. R. John, and Chief of Nursing, Aster DM Healthcare India, Capt. R.
